Danielle and I traveled to Northwest Arkansas in December for our first training for the 2024 Rebelle Rally. We attended a two-day class on land navigation with Outdoor Education Services. On day one, we did class work learning to plot our checkpoints and use a compass to navigate to them efficiently.
The second day we hit the trails. We were given a paper map and checkpoints to plot. After getting our points checked by the instructor, we developed a route, and off we went.
I think this class was EXTREMELY helpful, and we cannot wait to attend more. Speaking of which, we have many more trainings this year to attend with a few Overland Expos sprinkled in. Here's a look at what this year's attendance goals look like! We hope to see you there!
